I have been Personal Training for 9 years training a variety of clients from celebrities to teachers. I mainly specialise in female weight loss and lean muscle gain. I am also advance nutrition qualified giving expert advice with calories and energy balance. Fiona Dixon
I have been in the fitness industry for 23 years. My passion for fitness started when I joined a local gym after having two children. Seeing my fitness improve and my body shape change gave me the courage to push myself and complete my level 2 fitness qualification so that I could help and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals.
My aim is always to have fun! There is no reason why you can’t be fitter and healthier without a few laughs along the way.

Nathan Conway
I have been passionate about the sport industry from a very young age and knew that I wanted to go into a physical sport job when i was older. After school I went off to complete my level 2 and level 3 sport diploma so I could help others reach their fitness goals, whether that be helping someone add consistency to their workouts, pushing them further than they ever thought possible or even helping them come back from injury.
I believe no question is a silly question at the gym as we all have different levels of experience when it comes to the gym and physical activity, so if you see me around the gym and are worried about anything whether it be technique based, how to get started or want different variations of exercises to keep your workouts interesting then please don’t hesitate to get my attention.
